Working Hours
ACJ Retailing Ltd operates Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm & some Saturdays.
We do not work Sundays or Bank Holidays.
For outside these hours we have a telephone message service or you may contact us via email.
Pricing Charges & Payments
Prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. A VAT invoice can be provided on request.
All orders must be paid for in full before goods are despatched. We accept all major credit and debit cards, except for American Express. Orders can be placed either online or over the phone using Protx secure payment processing. Phone orders can be paid for via Postal Order or cheque. However, this may delay your order as payment must clear into our bank before we will despatch your order.
Orders
Orders are processed and confirmed within 24 working hours via email. We will never not reply. Should we feel we need to cancel your order we will advise you of this. If you do not receive a confirmation email from us please check your SPAM filtering and then contact us immediately, do not assume everything is okay.
Delivery Charges
Delivery is FREE on all orders £50 or more, otherwise it’s £3.00 per delivery.
Our deliveries are made using either a next day courier service or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, which means that a signature is required unless we specify otherwise.
We only deliver to addresses within the UK.
Delivery Special Instructions
We have carefully chosen the companies we use for despatching orders, however we cannot be held responsible for the third party services we employ. We are bound by their terms and conditions of service and accept no claim of responsibility for their infrequent errors.
We accept special delivery instructions at the time of ordering online or when ordering on the phone with us. By giving these instructions you are accepting responsibility for your order to be left without a signature and understand that no claim can be made against our courier company or ACJ for missing / stolen / damaged items delivered under these instructions.
Delivery charges are non refundable in all circumstances.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your goods and they are in their original packaging, you can send them back to us for a refund. You have a 7 working day cancellation period, which starts the day after you receive your goods. The goods must arrive back with us within 14 days of receiving them in perfect order to qualify for a full refund. All refunds are minus any original delivery charges.
We ask that you inform us if you intend to return any items. Please call or email us with your 4 digit Sales Order Number and the details of the reason for the return.
Once we receive the goods back they will be checked into stock and a refund processed accordingly. We will notify you the day we make the refund to your credit card. Should there be any problem we will contact you.
Website Registration
To access parts of our website and order with us it is a requirement for you to register your details with us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentially of your username and password and any activities that occur under your registration. ACJ shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you. Registration details are exclusive to you, non-transferrable and must be treated as strictly confidential at all times.
